This 8 day SIA training course in Liverpool is designed to provide individuals with the skills to obtain an SIA Licence as a Door Supervisor, Security Officer or Event Steward. Course now includes First Aid as per new SIA guidleines.
The course is assesed with 3 multiple choice exams and physical intervention assessment. On successful completion students will be able apply for their SIA licence. Follow these steps to create an SIA account and apply for an SIA licence.

The SIA recently announced that existing door supervisors who already hold Level 2 Door Supervision Qualification are required to undertake further SIA training in order to renew their SIA licence.
Longmoor Training offer the new SIA 3 day top-up training course. From 1 October 2021, you must have one of the new qualifications or take top-up training before you can apply for a door supervisor and security guard licence – this includes renewals. The SIA have created a flowchart to explain what the changes mean for people applying for a door supervisor or security guard licence.
If you are renewing your licence, please do not leave it too late as this course is now required. The qualification consists of two units, once completed, you are able to renew your SIA Licence.
The 18 day Close Protection Course UK corporate or 23 day Close Protection Bodyguard course (inc. HECPO) combines both theoretical and practical training culminating in seven full operational exercises conducted in the public / private domain.

The above courses are not for just ex-Forces or Police persons but for everyone. Course numbers are kept to a minimum to provide students with the best possible conditions enabling more one too one tuition.
